Our aim was to provide these young minds with hands-on experience in the insurance industry, imparting essential professional skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the program, our interns delved into various departments, including underwriting, claims, IT, and customer service, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how insurance manages risks and safeguards individuals and businesses. Their remarkable growth, fresh perspectives, and innovative ideas have left a lasting impact on our team, and we couldn&#8217;t be prouder of their achievements. Our Chairman, Mussalam Alboloushi, personally handed them their internship training certificates, a testament to their hard work and a symbol of their bright futures.
