In Abu Dhabi, our coverage includes only emergency cases but not routine treatments. However, in Dubai, we offer coverage for both emergency and routine dental and optical treatments.

For our existing customers, we invite you to download the ‘Lumi by Nextcare App’ provided by our third-party administrator, Nextcare. Through this app, you can conveniently access your policy benefits, and hospital network information, check your claims status, and submit reimbursement claims. To renew your vehicle insurance, you’ll need to provide the necessary documents, such as ownership certificate, driver’s license, ID card, etc. You can submit these documents in person at one of our branches or send them via email to:

In the event of an accident, please inform the Traffic Department and the Company immediately and obtain a police report.

In the event of a change in ownership of the vehicle, the insurance cover will not be transferred to the buyer automatically. It’s important to return the insurance certificate to the company immediately, and the buyer must arrange for new cover accordingly.

To retrieve your insurance, please return the insurance certificate to the insurance company, broker, or agent you dealt with so they can initiate the necessary procedures.
