In the summer of 2022, Methaq Takaful Insurance Company proudly hosted a diverse group of university and high school students in our intensive three-month internship program. Our aim was to provide these young minds with hands-on experience in the insurance industry, imparting essential professional skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management.

Throughout the program, our interns delved into various departments, including underwriting, claims, IT, and customer service, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how insurance manages risks and safeguards individuals and businesses. Their remarkable growth, fresh perspectives, and innovative ideas have left a lasting impact on our team, and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements. Our Chairman, Mussalam Alboloushi, personally handed them their internship training certificates, a testament to their hard work and a symbol of their bright futures.
